I was so sad and frustrated on your behalf when I saw those emails come through!! I am so relieved it’s resolved and also bummed to hear that Substack wasn’t more helpful. With the kinds of big names they have on this platform now, seems to me like they should really have a robust system in place for when and if this kind of thing happens!
